Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a business plan to achieve store performance goals.
• Integrate and strategically drive sales via various marketing channels.
• Equip the store’s team with product knowledge, operational skills, and customer service.
• Motivate and supervise associates to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
• Analyze online and physical store results, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions.
• Manage and grow BOPIS sales with associates and customers.
• Teach and coach behaviors to management and associates to support a high-performing team.
• Create and ensure quality execution of development plans, measuring success through store operations and feedback.
• Build confidence and create a collaborative work environment encouraging associate growth.
• Present information to District Manager and Store Support to inform and educate about the business.
• Lead the team to achieve or exceed store goals and strategies.
