About the role

As a Store Manager at Studio | Brick + Mortar, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and driving sales growth. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all customers and employees.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee store operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
  • Manage employee performance and conduct regular performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Participate in store events and community outreach initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of retail management experience
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
