Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service: guide clients through every step of their journey—from the first consultation to the final fitting and delivery of their dress.
• Drive sales: achieve sales goals by offering tailored service that matches clients’ needs and ensures they find the perfect dress for their big day.
• Keep things running smoothly: assist with store operations like stock management, inventory, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring all alterations and fittings are on track.
• Uphold our standards: maintain Rosa Clará’s high standards of store presentation and customer service, creating a beautiful and unforgettable experience for every client.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in bridal fashion or high-end retail.
• Strong English skills; Spanish is appreciated.
• Comfort with tools like Excel and digital systems.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A genuine passion for bridal fashion and providing top-notch customer service.
