What you'll do
- Provide personalized service: You'll be the go-to expert, guiding our clients through every step of their journey, from the first consultation to the final fitting and delivery of their dress.
- Drive sales: Help us achieve our sales goals by offering tailored service that matches our clients’ needs and ensures they find the perfect dress for their big day.
- Keep things running smoothly: You’ll assist with store operations like stock management, inventory, liaising with suppliers, and making sure all alterations and fittings are on track.
- Uphold our standards: Maintain Rosa Clará’s high standards of store presentation and customer service, creating a beautiful and unforgettable experience for every client.
What we’re looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in bridal fashion or high-end retail.
- Strong English skills and Spanish is appreciated.
- Comfort with tools like Excel and digital systems.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A genuine passion for bridal fashion and providing top-notch customer service.
