Store Manager

About the Role

Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Lead daily store activities, including opening, closing, and maintaining safety standards.
• Analyze financial and operational reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, stocking, and presentation of merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a positive team environment.
• Ensure adherence to cash handling, security, and safety procedures.
• Complete documentation and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; management experience in retail is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory, merchandising, cash handling, and safety protocols.
• Ability to interpret reports, perform calculations, and utilize retail technology.
• Bilingual skills may be preferred in some locations.

Physical & Working Conditions

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 40-55 pounds, occasional climbing, and driving.
• Fast-paced environment with moderate noise, sometimes outdoors.
