Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve short-and long-term retail plans.
• Manage and delegate priorities to Sales Managers and Shop Service Managers.
• Create a positive employee experience focused on engagement and retention.
• Use store reports to identify strategies for improving metrics.
• Oversee store profitability and financial budgeting.
• Monitor inventory levels, facilities, and other assets.
• Engage in local organizations and community events.
• Inspire a customer-centric culture through recognition and development.
• Develop top performers and evaluate performance.
• Build teams through effective employee development, involvement, and communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail store management experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand and drive store profitability through service.
• Proven ability to set standards and hold team members accountable.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training, and developing leaders.
• Financial acumen, strategic planning skills, and change leadership capability.

Pay

$81,034.10 - $101,287.06 per year
