Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and outstanding service.
- Provide exceptional hospitality by greeting customers, listening to their needs, and ensuring clear communication about services.
- Manage phone inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and a customer-first mindset.
- Build, train, and motivate a high-performing team of employees.
- Drive sales and profitability by meeting performance goals and promoting services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment.
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively to build loyalty and trust.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service leadership preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent service both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems.
- Valid driver’s license required.
