About the role
Petro Serve USA Store Managers are hands-on leaders responsible for the overall performance of their location. You'll lead your team, oversee daily operations, maintain company standards, and manage the store with a focus on customer service, sales, profitability, and employee development. Successful Store Managers lead by example, communicate expectations clearly, hold their teams accountable, and create a positive environment for both employees and customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of daily store operations and ensure company standards are consistently met.
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, schedule, coach, and develop store employees.
- Set clear expectations, delegate responsibilities, and hold employees accountable for performance.
- Build a positive team environment focused on customer service, teamwork, and respect.
- Provide prompt, friendly service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain high standards for store cleanliness, appearance, organization, and merchandising.
- Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, stocking, and product rotation.
- Monitor sales, expenses, labor, and other key performance measures to achieve store goals.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales, control costs, and improve store performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Address employee performance issues through coaching, corrective action, and other appropriate measures.
- Communicate effectively with District Management and other company departments.
- Perform other duties as needed to support successful store operations.
Qualifications
- Previous retail management or supervisory experience preferred; convenience store experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to coach employees, provide feedback, and hold team members accountable.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn point-of-sale, scheduling, inventory, and other company systems.

Pay
Up to $60,000 per year, depending on experience, with incentive bonus opportunities.
Schedule
Full-Time. Typically Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other hours as business needs require.
