About the role
You are responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
As a Store Manager, you will:
- Hire, train, and manage associates
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing the store
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store
- Handle customer complaints and feedback
- Plan and execute promotional events
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Have a high school diploma
- Be flexible to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Have Serve Safe certification
Qualifications
Desired qualifications include:
- Experience in restaurant management or similar field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety regulations

Pay
The pay range for this position is $28 per hour - $31 per hour, within the range individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
Schedule
