Responsibilities

As a Store Manager you are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. External hires begin their Panda leadership journey as a Store Manager as part of the General Manager development path. This role prepares you for success as a future General Manager while providing a strong foundation in Panda's operations, culture, and leadership expectations. To prepare you for success, we provide 12 or more weeks of store leadership training. After training, completion of required evaluations, and successful graduation of the GM certification course (GO100),
