Store Manager

About the role

Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. We are committed to the professional and personal development of our associates, offering paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our community.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
• Prepare for success through an 8-12 weeks of store leadership training program

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including seven days a week

Qualifications

• Serve Safe certified
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
• The ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations

Pay

Pay Range: $28 per hour - $31 per hour Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.

Schedule

Flexible schedule, including seven days a week.
