What You'll Do As A Store Manager

You are responsible for the operation of a single store, including:

• Hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Education: High school diploma required.
• Flexibility: Ability to work in a store within a 50-mile radius and a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety Certification: Serve Safe certification preferred.

Counter areas are hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspaces are restricted, and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Employees must lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noisy, with limited storage space and high shelving.

Pay Range

Pay range is $28-$31 per hour, with individual pay determined by work location and experience.
