Store Manager

Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. We are committed to the professional and personal development of our associates through paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our community.

About the role

You are responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. We will provide an 8-12 week store leadership training program to prepare you for success.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage a team of associates
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards
• Manage inventory and budgeting
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing the store
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
• Contribute to the overall success of the store

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Serve Safe certified

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management or a related field preferred
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

ADA Statement

Counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $29 per hour - $32 per hour Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
