Store Manager

About the role

As a Store Manager, you are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. An 8+ week paid Store Management Leadership Training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within a 50-mile radius of your home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays (religious accommodations may be requested)
• Serve Safe certified (Food Safety)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across countertops
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot, and noisy environment with high shelves and limited storage
• Effective verbal communication skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations

Pay

Pay Range: $28 per hour – $31 per hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
