Store Manager

Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive store success.
• Complete 8+ weeks of store leadership training program.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Serve Safe certified (Food Safety).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand up to four hours.
• Ability to reach across counter tops (36 inches).
• Willing to relocate to a store within a 50‑mile radius of home.

Skills

• Effective verbal communication.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, hot, noisy kitchen environment.
• Comfortable preparing hot and cold foods, using Chinese cook knife and kitchen equipment.
