About the role

You are responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

Candidates must meet and continue to meet eligibility requirements for each benefit to qualify. They should:

• Have a high school diploma
• Be flexible to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Be Serve Safe certified for Food Safety
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours, and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $27 per hour - $30 per hour, within the range individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
