Store Manager

About the role

You are responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you will:

• Hire, train, and manage associates
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards
• Manage inventory and stock levels
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure adherence to Panda Express policies and procedures
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
• Monitor sales and adjust strategies accordingly
• Conduct regular performance evaluations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Have a high school diploma
• Be flexible to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Be Serve Safe certified

Qualifications

Desired qualifications include:

• Experience in restaurant management or a related field
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Knowledge of food service operations and safety regulations

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $28 per hour - $31 per hour, with individual pay determined based on various factors including work location and experience.
