About the role

You are responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

To prepare you for success, we will provide:

• An 8-12 week store leadership training program
• Flexible scheduling, including weekends
• Food Safety certification (Serve Safe)
• ADA statement addressing workspace restrictions and physical demands

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
• ADA statement addressing workspace restrictions and physical demands

Pay Range

Pay Range: $27 per hour - $30 per hour Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
