About the role
As a Store Manager, you are responsible for the operation of a single store. This includes hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. We will provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program to prepare you for success.
Responsibilities
As a Store Manager, you will:
- Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- Prepare hot and cold foods, use kitchen equipment, and work quickly without losing accuracy
- Work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, and adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Manage conflicts/difficult situations
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must:
- Have a high school diploma
- Be flexible to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Serve Safe certified

To succeed in this role, candidates should:
- Have flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours, and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers
- Be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, and adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Be able to manage conflicts/difficult situations

Pay
The pay range for this role is $28 per hour - $31 per hour, within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
