Store Manager

About the role

Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. We are committed to the professional and personal development of our associates through paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our community.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
• Prepare for success with 8+ weeks of store leadership training

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including seven days a week

Qualifications

• Serve Safe certified
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and hot environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for four hours, and reach high shelves

Skills

• Effective verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Manage conflicts/difficult situations

Pay

Pay Range: $28 per hour - $31 per hour. Individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.

Schedule

Flexible schedule, including seven days a week.
