About the role
You are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. It's up to you to make your store a success.
Responsibilities
As a Store Manager, you will:
- Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- Prepare for success through an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must:
- Have a high school diploma
- Be flexible to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Be Serve Safe certified for Food Safety
Qualifications

- Experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule
Flexible schedule, including weekends.
Pay
Pay Range: $30 per hour - $33 per hour Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
