Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate leader to take on our local Marine Layer store. As the leader on the ground, you will be responsible for managing the business within your four walls. With the support of your Area + District Managers, you will execute sales strategy, ensure the team is fully staffed and scheduled with top notch talent, check all the boxes on operations and visuals, and be the representative of the ML brand in your local market. As a growing Company, we are often implementing new processes and launching new initiatives— we are looking for someone excited to partner with HQ + leadership on these changes, as well as being the liaison to your team for these important updates.
