About the role
We are seeking a passionate leader to manage our local Marine Layer store. The successful candidate will oversee the business within their store, execute sales strategy, ensure a fully staffed and scheduled team, maintain high standards in operations and visual merchandising, and represent the Marine Layer brand in their local market.
Responsibilities
- Manage the customer and brand experience, inspiring the team to exceed customer expectations.
- Engage with employees individually and as a team, providing consistent and timely feedback to foster professional growth and maintain a positive work environment.
- Recruit, hire, and promote talented individuals who align with our brand values.
- Oversee visual merchandising, ensuring products are displayed attractively and effectively.
- Execute operations tasks including scheduling, payroll, and project management.
