About the role

We are seeking a passionate leader to manage our local Marine Layer store. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing sales strategy, ensuring the team is fully staffed and scheduled, maintaining operations and visual standards, and representing the Marine Layer brand in their local market.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategy
• Ensure the team is fully staffed and scheduled with top-notch talent
• Check all the boxes on operations and visuals
• Represent the Marine Layer brand in your local market
• Partner with HQ + leadership on new processes and initiatives
• Be the liaison between your team and HQ for important updates
