Store Manager

Role: The Store Manager oversees all retail store operations, ensuring exceptional quality and customer service to create a memorable experience. They provide leadership, coaching, inventory management, loss prevention, safety, and maintain store appearance. Responsibilities Manage daily store functions including opening/closing, work order processing, customer service, staffing, scheduling, inventory, and cash handling.Drive team performance to meet or exceed KPIs such as customer satisfaction, job completion, and regulatory compliance.Ensure technicians are certified and performing quality work through training and coaching.Address customer complaints and warranty issues promptly, providing world-class service.Collaborate with marketing and maintain proper vehicle and equipment records. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent, or 5-7 years leadership/supervisory experience.Valid driver’s license required.3+ years leadership experience with a focus on performance incentives.3-5 years retail or service environment experience; automotive preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, web applications, and office equipment.Excellent communication, influence, and engagement skills.Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 35 lbs.
