Store Manager

Role Overview: Lead daily retail store operations, ensuring staff training, staffing levels, and adherence to company standards to achieve operational goals and key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities Manage inventory ordering, maintenance, and quality control, ensuring product freshness and proper storage.Supervise team tasks including stocking, production, and handling damaged products, maintaining product knowledge and store promotions.Implement weekly flight plans, follow policies using management tools, and oversee scheduling, labor, overtime, and payroll.Lead department staffing, training, performance management, and career development.Develop and monitor departmental goals, forecasts, and safety guidelines, ensuring compliance and corrective actions when necessary.Participate in meetings, maintain a clean, stocked, and attractive department, and uphold food safety standards. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required; retail experience and supervisory skills preferred.Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.Leadership capability in a hands-on environment, with strategic planning and retail management system knowledge.Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; bilingual skills (Spanish) highly desirable depending on location. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks in a retail environment with varied temperatures and noise levels.
