What We Expect From You

• At least 3 years of experience in a retail space with increasing levels of responsibility (ex-growth from associate level to shift lead/assistant manager)
• Strong leadership, staff management and customer service skills
• Proficient Computer skills such as email use and management, Microsoft 365, data entry and spreadsheets, and POS
• Reliable with a flexible schedule, including weekend and holiday availability
• Quality-minded with keen attention to detail
• Proactive and efficient
• Passionate about chocolate

Qualifications

• Proven experience in effective retail shop and staff management
• Supervise employees, lead training plans, and help carry out the goals of the Regional Manager to meet the store quotas
• Oversee product sales and register duties, shop and shelf care, gift packaging and in-store order fulfillment
• Ensure the accuracy of Laderach seasonal staging and product merchandising
• Schedule effective staff shifts and coordinate store meetings/events
• Ensure the accuracy product merchandising and store inventory orders
• Help achieve in-store compliance and loss prevention standards
• Act as a key communicator of corporate values to customers and employees
• Take on other role-related responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Manager
