We are HIRING a full-time Store Manager in the Marion/Crittenden County area. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, which include scheduling, training, and supervising staff. Additionally, they will play a key role in ensuring store profitability, managing inventory, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe environment. This position demands excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to flexible work schedules. The Store Manager will be responsible for fostering outstanding customer service, overseeing store operations, and driving maximum sales and profitability. This includes effective management of merchandise, inventory, expense control, and human resources. Furthermore, the Store Manager will ensure that all associates receive proper training, guidance, and motivation to help them achieve their highest performance levels. Requirements Preference will be given to applicants with retail/convenience store experience.
