Pay

The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000 – $88,320 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus.

Profit Maximization involves driving sales to exceed financial goals, managing payroll and controlling expenses, fostering a results-driven store environment, successfully executing special events, prioritizing workload, validating execution of standard operating procedures, and ensuring compliance to company policies. Operational Execution includes being a subject matter expert in all operational processes, acquiring and retaining the right talent, training, coaching, and providing feedback to develop team for growth. Talent Optimization involves acquiring and retaining the right talent, training, coaching, and providing feedback to develop team for growth. Customer Experience includes ensuring a friendly environment, ensuring items are in stock, ensuring items are priced right, maintaining a neat, clean, and organized store. Success Drivers involve driving for results using data to set priorities and translate goals into action plans, pushing self and others for results, managing internal and external communications, building high performance teams, solving problems and seeing opportunities, looking beyond the obvious, and not stopping at the first answers. Managerial Courage involves assigning responsibility for tasks and decisions, setting clear and measurable objectives, monitoring process, progress, and results, and providing effective feedback. Customer Focus involves acting with internal and external customers in mind, understanding and teaching how operational execution directly affects the customer experience, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and associates through respectful and effective communication.

Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6am - 10pm.
