What We're Looking For

We seek a dynamic Store Manager who embodies GNC's "Live Well" philosophy. This position requires a passion for health and wellness, business acumen, and a commitment to excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and support your team to provide exceptional service and guidance to customers.
• Oversee daily store operations, including product management and ensuring team success.
• Represent GNC by offering expert product knowledge and promoting the "Live Well" message.
• Maintain product merchandising according to GNC standards.
• Support the total shopping experience, including visual and operational elements, sales initiatives, and customer relationships.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals, while helping sales associates realize their potential.
• Build strong teams, demonstrate leadership, and manage performance.
• Manage opening, closing, and operational aspects of the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits.
• Attend community events to promote the organization's mission and initiatives.

Environmental Factors & Working Schedule

• Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
• Frequent reaching, bending, and twisting - below waist and above shoulders.
• Frequently lift up to twenty pounds, occasionally lift up to forty pounds.
• Use of a computer up to sixty percent of the day.
