Store Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Store Manager for our flagship store in New York City. The ideal candidate will embody the Essentiel Antwerp brand and serve as an ambassador for the brand in the U.S.

• Coordinate small-scale events and act as a key contact for press and talent.
• Collaborate with HQ and/or PR agency to strengthen brand visibility and partnerships.
• Create an exceptional, personalized experience for customers in store.
• Guide customers in discovering the brand and deepening their connection with the brand.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention through strategic initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with stylists and personal shoppers.
• Have an omni-channel mindset and understand the customer journey both online and offline.
• Achieve sales, conversion, and clienteling targets.
• Anticipate and exceed customer needs, demonstrate expert knowledge in product, styling, and after-care.
• Take ownership in every step of the customer journey.
• Contribute to the daily operations of the store (inventory, logistics, visual merchandising, stockroom organization).
