Primary Roles And Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain a healthy talent pipeline, including oversight of front store and cross-trained colleague performance and development, contributing to career progression, involving hiring, training, performance management, and where required, termination of employment
• Ensure appropriate staffing to operate store successfully by scheduling to demand, consistently creating and publishing the schedule 3 weeks in advance, and maintaining financial stewardship of store labor spending
• Improve store performance measures (sales, service, loyalty, shrink, compliance, etc.) by coaching colleagues and working within the #OneTeam dynamic to identify and address barriers to operation
• Maintain a safe and high-quality working environment that complies with all regulatory and company standards
• Oversee timely and quality training of front store and cross-trained colleagues
• Conduct regular check-ins with all direct reports to track business goals and maintain team engagement
• Maintain a strong working relationship with Rx DL, Pharmacy Manager, pharmacy team and any other in-store teams (e.g., Minute Clinic, etc.) to foster a #OneTeam mentality and support a holistic total store staffing pipeline
• Partner with FS DL to establish store priorities, implement new initiatives, and engage all colleagues
• Act as an ambassador for CVS Health through professional behaviors and positive engagement within the community

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general equivalent education (GED)
• Completion of all required training for current role within required timeframe
• 1-3 years of prior relevant work experience
• Lift and exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs. of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects to and from, including overhead lifting
• Ability to stand and walk for an extended amount of time

Pay

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $58,000.00 - $97,000.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
