Core Accountabilities
- Drive financial growth by achieving sales and key KPI goals
- Exceed store EBITDA budget through responsibly managing payroll, supplies, and facilities
- Coach and develop staff to exceed individual and store goals
- Create and maintain a positive store environment by leading and developing a quality store team
- Urgently address performance issues using the Company tools
- Create a culture of customer obsession that caters to the extraordinary achiever
- Deliver extraordinary customer service through your store team
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with company expectations
- Consistently communicate customer, market, and product feedback
- Achieve all operational objectives with regard to loss prevention, health, and safety
- Manage team to ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Full-Time Position
- College degree preferred or related field experience
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age
- Store management experience preferred
- Must have open availability and the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a retail business, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
- Must have an independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
- Knowledge in driving sales, business acumen, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team to coordinate operational tasks, including receiving shipment and maintain store cleanliness; will participate in those tasks when additional support is needed
- Able to coordinate and manage a team to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge in staffing, coaching, counseling, training, development, employee corrective action and performance management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and create a team-oriented environment
- Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English
- Strong computer skills including POS Systems and Microsoft Office
Physical Requirements
- The ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time, including repetitive use of upper extremities
- The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds occasionally
State Specific Wage Information
- Rate of pay dependent upon candidates' relevant skills, experience, and location.
- Pay range 83K-102K
