Store Manager

Maintain all aspects of the store operation

• Ensure the store is opened and closed each business day
• Coach and lead sales employees
• Manage the parts and service department
• Ensure store standards are consistently met
• Ensure products are ordered, received, stocked, and priced
• Assist customers in making trailer choices

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure proper security and customer service
• Manage the parts and service department
• Manage the warranty process
• Ensure sales goals are met or exceeded
• Manage productivity and customer experience
• Ensure products are ordered and received efficiently
• Assist customers in making trailer choices
• Forecast, manage, and maintain inventory
• Coordinate display of all trailers and parts
• Resolve customer and employee issues
• Interface with customers and employees
• Attend trade shows and other events
• Drive overall sales initiative
• Work week includes Monday through Saturday (excepting company holidays)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years of management experience in a retail or sales environment preferred
• 3-5 years of sales experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
