Maintain all aspects of the store operation
- Ensure the store is opened and closed each business day
- Coach and lead sales employees
- Manage the parts and service department
- Ensure store standards are consistently met
- Ensure products are ordered, received, stocked, and priced
- Assist customers in making trailer choices
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure proper security and customer service
- Manage the parts and service department
- Manage the warranty process
- Ensure sales goals are met or exceeded
- Manage productivity and customer experience
- Ensure products are ordered and received efficiently
- Assist customers in making trailer choices
- Forecast, manage, and maintain inventory
- Coordinate display of all trailers and parts
- Resolve customer and employee issues
- Interface with customers and employees
- Attend trade shows and other events
- Drive overall sales initiative
- Work week includes Monday through Saturday (excepting company holidays)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of management experience in a retail or sales environment preferred
- 3-5 years of sales experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
