Store Manager - Ashland Town Center
About the role
The Store Manager at Pandora will lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while fully immersing themselves in the brand's culture and product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Immerse in the brand culture and product offerings, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.
- Dare to exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
- Create unforgettable shopping moments by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
- Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Maintain a network and inspire the best talent into Pandora, including Assistant Store Managers, Sales Associates, and Sales Leads.
- Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources team to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.
- Ensure the timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Results-oriented leader with at least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
- Developed sense of Care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Charm and captivate audiences with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to show and deliver positive results.
- Talent magnet, skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams, including succession planning and internal mobility.
- Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
- At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.
- Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and arrive promptly to work.

- You are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.

Pay
$55,000 - $69,000 commensurate with experience

About Pandora NAM
The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores. Today, the USA is Pandora’s single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
