Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and support store operations
- Implement plans and processes to achieve sales and profit objectives
- Hire, coach, and develop top talent to maintain a high‑performance sales & service team
- Ensure a positive customer experience
- Control expenses, manage inventory, and protect assets
Requirements
- Management experience (required)
- Knowledge of consumer tire products and services (required)
- Strong team‑leadership expertise with the ability to direct and motivate sales
- Proven experience in data analysis and using it to make sound business decisions
- Track record of meeting or exceeding production, quality, efficiency, and customer‑service goals
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to perform tire work, including tire rotation, balancing, and installation
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable motor‑vehicle record, and successful pre‑employment testing
