Store Manager - #321 - Training Associate

This position offers a base salary range of $63,866.34 - $117,150.44 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a bonus based on company performance.

Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead the team on creating a ‘Customer First’ culture in the store.
• Hold weekly management team meetings and monthly store meetings to encourage people to speak up, give feedback, and follow up.
• Keep store positions filled with fully trained management and team members.
• Monitor work family compliance with Sheetz policies, procedures, and programs.
• Achieve profitability goals through monitoring and analyzing business processes and results.
• Measure work family performance against mission-critical goals.
• Develop a bond with the local community to establish positive relationships, development, and store success.
• Jump in as a leader for special programs or assignments, as needed.

Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-year degree in a business-related field preferred.
• Successful completion of certification testing as needed.

Experience:

• 3 years’ experience supervising others preferred.
• 3 years’ experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail, or convenience operation preferred.
