Responsibilities

• Lead the team in creating a “Customer First” culture in the store.
• Hold weekly management team meetings and monthly store meetings to encourage feedback and follow-up.
• Keep store positions filled with fully trained management and team members.
• Monitor work family compliance with Sheetz policies, procedures, and programs.
• Achieve profitability goals by monitoring and analyzing business processes and results.
• Measure work family performance against mission-critical goals.
• Develop a bond with the local community to establish positive relationships and store success.
• Jump in as a leader for special programs or assignments as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• 2-year degree in a business-related field (preferred).
• Successful completion of certification testing as needed.
• 3 years’ experience supervising others (preferred).
• 3 years’ experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail, or convenience operation (preferred).

Pay

This position offers a base salary range of $66,657.60 - $117,150.44 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a bonus based on company performance.
