• Keep operations humming — freight flowing, zones looking sharp, and priorities clear.
• Manage labor like a boss — flex your team to match the business and stay on budget.
• Drive sales on the floor — model selling behaviors, guide your team, and make sure every Boss leaves happy.
• Create a culture people want to be part of — positive, fun, and high-performing.
• Pivot when needed — fast changes, no problem.

Requirements

• Talent Development: You’re people-first and always teach. You build others up while getting things done.
• Sales Floor Presence & Execution: You lead from the floor — clear, calm, and in control (but never micromanaging).
• Strategic Agility: You stay cool under pressure and pivot like a pro when the day throws curveballs.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of leadership experience where you’ve led teams and delivered results.
• Experience managing a store or large department — retail preferred but not required.
• You’ve grown from the inside — promotion from assistant or co-manager roles is a big plus.
• Comfort leading in fast-paced, high-volume, or high-complexity store environments.

$56,700.00 - $71,550.00

Schedule

Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
