We're looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team! As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner with the Store Manager to support daily operations, develop team members, deliver exceptional customer service, and help drive profitability. You'll gain hands-on leadership experience while working with a wide variety of merchandise, including jewelry, electronics, tools, and more.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and operational procedures
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation standards
• Analyze performance metrics and support the achievement of business objectives
• Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories
