Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of leadership experience where you’ve led teams and delivered results.
- Experience managing a store or large department — retail preferred but not required.
- You’ve grown from the inside — promotion from assistant or co-manager roles is a big plus.
- Comfort leading in fast-paced, high-volume, or high-complexity store environments.
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Creative thinking.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Essential Job Functions
- Frequently operate computer and printer, and occasionally operate cash register.
- Occasionally ascend/descend ladders in order to retrieve and put away stock.
- Frequently position self to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop, including in the stock room and on the sales floor.
- Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures.
- Frequently communicate and exchange information with customers on the telephone and face-to-face in the store, as well as with managers and coworkers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Frequently move across the sales floor directing associates and assisting customers, as well as to and from the stockroom retrieving and putting away merchandise.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25lbs and place/move merchandise up to a height of 5-10 feet.
- Ability to operate equipment such as ladders, pallet jacks, and handheld devices.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time.

Pay
Hourly pay range: $23.08 - $29.13
