Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store.
• Utilize prior restaurant management experience.
• Work through a promote‑within mentality, gaining experience in every position you will lead.
• Accelerate your understanding of all positions to become a successful leader.
• Be accountable for People, Operations, Sales, and Profits within the store.
• Ensure safety, training, and culture of your team.
• Lead by example; your team will follow your example.
• Follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

Skills

Judgment, leadership, math, and the ability to multitask.

Requirements

• Ability to smile and have fun.
• Clean background check.
• Over 18 with 1‑year safe driving history.
• Working and reliable car or truck.
• Valid vehicle insurance.
• Eligible to work in the USA.
• Currently residing near the store location.

Pay

$52K - $75K annually.

Schedule

5+ days per week, most weekends.
