Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store
• Accountable for everything that happens within your store: People, Operations, Sales, or Profits
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team
• Lead by example because your team will follow every example you give
• Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew

Requirements

• Ability to smile and have fun
• Clean background check
• Over 18 with 1-year safe driving history
• Working and reliable car or truck
• Valid vehicle insurance
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Currently residing near store location

Pay

$52K – $75K annually

Schedule

Full-time, salaried position, 5+ days per week, most weekends.
