Responsibilities
- Develop, coach, evaluate, and retain management and associate talent.
- Create sustainable talent strategies to support team and company growth.
- Recruit, select, and manage a diverse range of associates and leaders.
- Invest time in continuous training and development for self and others.
- Inspire and motivate the team through clear feedback and coaching.
- Foster teamwork, collaboration, and engagement among associates.
- Drive total store sales and profitability.
- Build and lead a guest-centric culture using guest survey tools to improve experience.
- Champion credit and loyalty programs, ensuring the team promotes their benefits.
- Guide operational accuracy, process efficiency, and workload management.
- Execute store merchandising direction, product flow, inventory flexing, and signage.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- 2-3 years of management experience preferred.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and team-building skills.
- Ability to work varying hours, including mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Zebra PDA, POS Systems, Microsoft Office Programs, and Payroll/Scheduling Software.
- Capability to interpret and apply company procedures/policies.
- Works well independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to set goals, guide performance, and hold self and others accountable.
Physical Demands
- Adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 20 pounds.
- Full body rotation and mobility, including bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching.
- Reliable transportation.
