About the role

We are looking for future area managers! Do you want to manage your future? This is a full-time, salaried position overseeing all aspects of the store. You are accountable for everything that happens within your store—people, operations, sales, or profits—including ensuring the safety, training, and culture of your team. You will lead by example because your team will follow every example you give. You must follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

Qualifications

• Ability to smile and have fun
• Clean background check
• Over 18 with a 1-year safe driving history
• Working and reliable car or truck with valid vehicle insurance
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Currently residing near store location

Pay

$52K – $75K annually
