About the role

We are looking for future area managers! Do you want to manage your future? This is a full-time, salaried position overseeing all aspects of the store. If you have restaurant management experience we would like to put that experience to use. To start with our company, we have a promote within mentality, and we would make sure you have worked and understand every position that you would lead. Your experience will expedite your understanding of all the positions and set you up to be a successful leader for our company.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for everything that happens within your store, including People, Operations, Sales, and Profits
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team
• Lead by example because your team will follow every example you give
• Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew

Requirements

• Ability to smile and have fun
• Clean background check
• Over 18 with 1-year safe driving history
• Working and reliable car or truck
• Valid vehicle insurance
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Currently residing near store location

Pay

$52K – $75K annually

Schedule

5+ days per week, most weekends
