Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store
• Be accountable for everything that happens within your store – People, Operations, Sales, and Profits
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team
• Lead by example because your team will follow every example you give
• Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew

Qualifications

• Ability to smile and have fun
• Clean background check
• Over 18 with 1-year safe driving history
• Working and reliable car or truck
• Valid vehicle insurance
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Currently residing near store location

Pay

Earn $52K – $75K annually. This is a full-time, salaried position.

Schedule

This position is 5+ days per week, most weekends.
