About the role

We are looking for future area managers to oversee all aspects of the store. This is a full-time, salaried position with a promote-from-within mentality—you’ll work and understand every position you’ll lead, setting you up for success as a leader in our company.

You are accountable for everything that happens within your store, including People, Operations, Sales, and Profits. You’ll ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team, lead by example, and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time.

This position requires 5+ days per week, including most weekends.

Pay

$52,000 - $75,000 annually.

Requirements

• Ability to smile and have fun.
• Clean background check.
• Over 18 with a 1-year safe driving history.
• Working and reliable car or truck with valid vehicle insurance.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Currently residing near the store location.
• Judgment, leadership, math, and multitasking skills.
