About the Role

This exempt leadership role includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus for first-time hires. Store Managers are expected to maintain a flexible schedule supporting business needs, typically requiring 40+ hours per week across five days, including weekends. Additional hours may be required based on staffing, customer demand, store performance, and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and promotions while building customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Understand alternative tire sourcing and competitors to create results for teammates, customers, and the company.
• Track and meet payroll, budgets, and store goals; maintain current records and financial information.
• Manage, schedule, and assign staff according to skill level.
• Attend paid training to stay updated on automotive service industry developments.
• Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem-solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Aptitude for managing inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Ability to assist customers with sales and complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Exceptional communication skills with teammates and customers.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Valid automobile driver’s license; ability to drive customer and company vehicles.

• 2-year college degree or equivalent.

Pay

Pay Range: $64,365.00 - $109,410.00. All employees receive pay that meets or exceeds applicable minimum wage requirements.
