Store Management - Spirit

About the Role

The Store Management oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a seasonal Spirit Halloween store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining Guest Services, controlling expenses, managing shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and overseeing setup, pack-up, and teardown of the store.

This position is for a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, not Spirit Halloween. The consignment operator will have sole responsibility for employment benefits, wages, and policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21
• Flexible schedule
• Prior retail management experience

Physical Demands

• 8+ hours of standing/walking per day
• Climbing ladders and setting up fixtures
• Lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
